Kualoa Ranch is a great location for special occasions. It has many different function sites to suit your special needs. Once a site is selected, you are essentially free to create a magnificent ambiance limited only by your imagination.

All of our locations are described below with capacity and pricing. Remember, any location can be coupled with Kualoa Ranch-provided tours & activities to create an active day of fun.

Ranch House $1200

The Ranch House has the largest covered pavilion area and a large lawn overlooking Mokoli’i Island (Chinaman’s Hat) and Kaneohe Bay. Main function rooms are air conditioned.

Pastures and corrals surround this versatile pavilion, creating an open, comfortable and rustic feel. A rodeo arena is also next to the facility.

Covered includes seating for 300 people

Site capacity: Approx. 1,000. Additional fees apply.

Paliku Garden $1500

Ideal for parties of 250 people or more. Also nice for smaller parties and weddings wanting a beautiful view.

Paliku Garden is nestled at the base of the Kualoa cliffs. Tropical gardens discretely surround this treasure.

A covered pavilion and terraced garden is a 1,000 feet above the Ranch headquarters overlooking Mokoli’i Island (Chinaman’s Hat) and Kaneohe Bay.

Moli`i Gardens $1200

Covered Pavilion and terraced garden overlooking a 125 acre ancient Hawaiian fishpond, the largest and most well preserved fishpond in Hawaii.

From the main lawn, a grand staircase leads downward to the lower gardens at the edge of the water.

Concert Pasture Priced Per Event

The Concert Pasture is comprised of roughly 5 acres which can accommodate up to 20,000 guests. The pasture offers breathtaking views of the ocean and Chinaman's Hat with a dramatic mountain backdrop.

This is an ideal location to hold large events and concerts. There is adequate parking available in the front pasture of the Main Ranch.

Ka`a`awa Valley Priced Per Event

In a very unique place surrounded by Hawaiian plants, huts and beautiful mountain ranges with no other signs of civilization in sight.

Secret Island Beachfun 9:00a.m.-2:30p.m. Private Afternoon events 3:30-6:30p.m. (Contact Events Department for rates)

Located five minutes across our ancient Hawaiian fishpond and bordered by Kaneohe Bay, Secret Island is a unique haven. Mangroves and hau trees create an exciting labyrinth of trails leading to a secluded, white-sand beach, the only one in Kaneohe Bay.

Amenities can include canoeing, kayaking, snorkeling, table tennis, beach volleyball, and more! Simply bring sunscreen and towels and have a blast!

Numerous tents on the island provide ample covered area with picnic table seating for up to 400

HALE Moli`I $1.200.00

Ideal for social events, corporate & incentive and team building activities. Beautiful open lawn space bordering our ancient Hawaiian Fishpond. Site consists of an open air pavilion with men's and women's restrooms As well as a kitchen prep area.

Parking for up to 400 guests

Event times: 10:00am to 10:00pm

Capacity: 400 in lawn space
