Kualoa Valley Wedding

Low Camp is located in our stunning Ka`a`awa “Jurassic” Valley, famous for its unmatched mountain views. Due to the remoteness of this region, there are some extra costs associated with holding an event in these spaces aside from the higher venue fees.

Because of the remote valley location, most services and products such as lighting, electricity, restrooms, tent rental, tables, chairs, etc. These will need to be brought in to Low Camp by the client. Please note that there is running water located at the pavilion.

Additional Fees to Consider

Generator(s) – $500-$800 – Rental Companies

Restrooms – $150-$2,500 (depending on style) – Kualoa Ranch, Paradise Lua, VIP Sanitation

Trash Removal fees – ???? (depends on vendor) – Catering/Waitstaff/Coordinator

+Tables, Chairs, Tenting, Lighting, outdoor kitchen, etc – Rental Companies

Venue Features


Low Camp has a capacity of 250 guests


This venue is located at the base of Ka’a’awa Valley between both mountain ranges


Client will need to arrange all lighting, electricity, restrooms, tenting, tables, chairs, etc. to be brought in


There are no electrical outlets at Low Camp, so guests/vendors must bring their own power supply


Ample parking available right next to venue on back lawn

Venue Pricing for Low Camp

Monday – Friday 3:00pm – 10:00pm (Setup @ 10am) $3,995.00
(with additional venue rental / without additional venue rental) 3:00pm – 6:00pm (Setup @ 3pm) $1,995.00/$2,295.00
Saturday & Sunday 3:00pm – 10:00pm (Setup @ 10am) $4,695.00
   (with additional venue rental / without additional venue rental) 3:00pm – 6:00pm (Setup @ 3pm) $2,295.00/$2,595.00

+Required $1,000.00 Security Deposit

* Guest arrival can begin at 3pm due to tours in the area. Music must be off by 10pm. Event cleanup must be completed by 11pm for 10am-10pm timing. For 3-6pm timeslot, event cleanup must be complete by 6pm.


*Security at Surf Gate is required at Low Camp and is included in the venue fee. A final guestlist will be requested from you and your coordinator at least 2-weeks prior to the event.
