Ensures healthy, quality cultivation of shrimp and tilapia, including harvesting, feeding, and handling, as well as general site and infrastructure maintenance of ponds, tanks, grounds, and equipment while contributing to sound environmental stewardship and increased food production.
Minimum Qualifications:
General maintenance and labor skills, (carpentry, plumbing, landscaping), animal husbandry, recordkeeping and product sales. Responsible, flexible, and adaptive with the ability to work independently. Basic math skills and great communication required. Must be able to perform physical labor in varied environmental conditions. Valid driver’s license and good driving record. Open availability to include weekends and holidays.
