Horseback Department Laborer

Full Time

Performs various labor tasks to support the horseback operations. Provides upkeep and maintenance of horse areas and trails in order to provide a safe and smooth tour experience for guests and other horseback employees. Picks up manure throughout the day. Cleans stalls, changes water and drops feed for stalled horses. Cleasn saddle blankets and oils saddles. Performs maintenance of pastures, trails, structures and equipment used by Horseback department. Not wrangler or horse trainer job. No riding involved.

Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience performing labor work is preferred. Must know how to operate a weed whacker and other landscaping tools, have some basic carpenter skills, and strong work ethic. Must be able to perform physically demanding work in various environmental conditions. Must have open availability to include weekends and holidays. 3+ years Valid drivers license with good driving record required.
