Provides guest service and frontline support for customers. Safely conducts informational tours of Kualoa Ranch property for customers while on horseback utilizing necessary safety equipment and instruction. Serves as an ambassador of Hawaii and Kualoa by representing the company and promoting company values and its brand image. Not a wrangler or horse trainer job.
Minimum Qualifications:
Intermediate to advanced horse knowledge & current riding experience required. Great customer service skills. Open availability to work any day and shift, including weekends & holidays. Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform labor work. Valid drivers license with good driving record preferred.
