Leads and executes overall IT functions including implementation, support and maintenance of all computer and communication systems. Provides excellent Ho’okipa customer service support to company users and acts as the key liaison between the business, community and vendors. Manages company hardware and software to include maintenance and troubleshooting in order to meet the technical needs of Kualoa Ranch’s team to improve quality, cost and/or overall effectiveness of services and operations. Manages overall IT computer systems, including wi-fi and internet services; hardware and software requirement evaluation, installation, upgrading, configuration, troubleshooting, and ongoing usability of desktops/laptops; printers; peripheral equipment; networking hardware; and VPN. Leads as Project Manager on program design, feasibility analyses, and execution of new and/or upgraded systems. Maintains hardware/ software inventory. Successfully handles all IT telecommunication, internal communication, POS, and security systems, including VoIP desk phones, cellphones, company-wide shared drives, calendars, and security camera films and documentation. Provides daily user support, troubleshooting, and resolution of hardware and software configuration and installations; software application errors, printer issues, desk phones, mobile phones, shared resource access, general use, questions, and network-related problems.
Associates degree in Information Technology Management, Computer Science, or a related field required. 5 years of Information Technology experience including computers, servers, and telecommunications systems. Thorough knowledge of desktop/laptop computers, servers, network architecture and network security. Knowledge of mobile devices including iPads, iPhones and Android devices. Understanding of PCI compliance and security awareness. Competence in TCP/IP networking and troubleshooting. Complete knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with application systems to include HRIS, Accounting, POS and PonoRes preferred. Valid drivers license and good driving record. Great customer service skills and open availability to include weekends & holidays.
