Assesses and analyzes residential home repair/building job requirements, including equipment, manpower, tools, and timeline, followed by job execution. This is to include new construction of residential properties from foundation to finish, as well as repairs to existing properties. Completes interior finish carpentry jobs to include drywall, painting, and cabinetry. Completes exterior carpentry jobs to include framing, siding, and window installation. Coordinates carpentry builds/repairs with clients and vendors and oversees 2-3 people on the crew. This position is essential to maintenance of all residential properties including completing repairs/work orders and turnover. This position also supports construction and renovation projects on Kualoa owned properties.
Minimum Qualifications:
10+ years of carpentry experience, including the ability to execute a job from framing/foundation to finish work and completion. Valid driver’s license and good driving record. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Open availability to include weekends/holidays.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a leadership or supervisory role overseeing a team and leading projects.
