Kualoa Ranch COVID-19 Important Updates
NOTE: Due to current Oʻahu County Restrictions, no groups larger than 10 (ten) are allowed. If you are traveling with more than ten people then you will need to social distance at check in and during tours.
We will be opening 7 days a week starting March 8, 2021, and are offering our most popular tours which are on open-air vehicles & allow proper distancing. Weʻve been working hard to implement new COVID-19 safety protocols in our operations to help protect our guests, staff, and local community.
With these new protocols, we have some new guest policies that help to keep us all safer. Please see these new guest policies below that are required of guests who visit Kualoa Ranch:
PLEASE CHECK IN 45 MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR TOUR SO YOU CAN COMPLETE THESE SAFETY PROTOCOLS UPON ARRIVAL. MAHALO FOR YOUR COOPERATION!
Required Face Coverings
All guests are required to wear a face covering (face mask, bandana, face gaiter, etc) during their tours/while on property. Children under 5 years old are exempt. We do sell face masks in our Visitor Center if you need one.
Required Temperature Check/Health Screening
To enter the ranch, all guests must undergo a contactless temperature check and short health screening. Any guest with a temperature of 100.4 degrees or higher and/or experiencing symptoms will not be allowed to visit us at this time and will either be refunded or able to reschedule for a later date.
Provide First & Last Name, Email Address & Phone Number
As part of our enhanced contact tracing protocols, each individual guest will be required to provide first & last name, email address, and phone number to assist in keeping our community safe. Guests under age 18 may provide their guardian’s information.
While we have been incorporating social distancing in our operation, we also ask that guests work to maintain social distance (6ft or more) from other guests on the property when possible.
Travel Quarantine Requirements
Visitors will need to present their Safe Traveler information. Please have the information available on your phones if possible. For guests that have not taken a pre-arrival test or received a negative result, you must have finished your 14 day travel quarantines. During check-in, we will be checking each guest’s I.D.s. For those who have out of state addresses or I.D.s, we will ask for either proof of Hawaiʻi residency (utility bill, etc.) or proof that you have competed the travel quarantine (flight itinerary, hotel receipt, etc.). This is to help keep our guests, staff, and community safe and to follow the current state COVID travel policies.

How do I re-schedule or cancel my reservation?
Visitors that have booked directly with Kualoa Ranch Private Nature Reserve, please contact us directly either by calling 808-237-7321 or emailing [email protected] with your name and confirmation number.
Guest that booked using a concierge, an online travel agency, or a travel wholesaler, please contact the agency you booked through to make any changes. They have all been made aware of our easy cancellation policy.
Is your Visitor Center (Retail Gift Shop and Aunty Pat’s Café) also closed?
Our Visitor Center is open! This includes our retail gift shop and Aunty Pat’s Cafe. Right now our hours are 7:30AM-3:00PM weekdays and 7:30AM-4:30PM on weekends. These hours are subject to change as part of our re-opening.
