Provides guest service and frontline support for customers. Safely conducts informational tours of Kualoa Ranch property for customers while at Secret Island utilizing necessary safety equipment and instruction. Serves as an ambassador of Hawaii and Kualoa by representing the company and promoting company values and its brand image.
Minimum Qualifications:
Strong swimming ability. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Adept at maintaining a positive and professional attitude with guests. Able to lift/carry 70 lb and be in the sun for several hours. High school diploma or equivalent required. CPR/first aid certification preferred. Open availability to include weekends and holidays. Valid drivers license with good driving record preferred.
