IMPORTANT TO NOTE
- MUD HAPPENS! Tours go out rain or shine, so we recommend checking the weather and bringing a change of clothes in case conditions are wet, muddy, or dusty.
- Minimum age is 10 years old.
- Closed-toe shoes required.
- Height & weight requirements per ebike manufacturer guidelines:
- Height: between 4’9” – 6’5” (1.4m – 2m)
- Weight: between 85 – 250 pounds (38kg – 114kg)
- One rider per bike. Helmets are provided.
- For your safety and the well-being of others, all riders must know how to competently ride a mountain bike to participate in our bike tours. We conduct a safety briefing and test ride before each tour. If you are unable to demonstrate ability to safely ride, you may be cancelled and offered a replacement tour subject to availability. No refund will be offered.
- Basic safety standards that our tour guides look for: Ability to steer and handle varied terrain (turning and cornering without going off trail/track), shift gears (down shift, up shift, control while shifting and riding), brake (controlled use of both brakes, no skidding, no sudden braking), and overall control (balance, control of pedals, trail debris avoidance, pace) etc.
- Guests with back problems or other health concerns and expecting mothers are not advised to participate in this tour.
- 3-hour tour time includes training and safety briefing.

The Ultra E-Bike Tour at Kualoa Ranch is a 3-hour guided adventure designed for experienced riders. Participants will traverse approximately 15 miles of diverse terrain, including dirt trails, steep inclines, and single-track paths. The tour offers breathtaking views of the Koʻolau mountain range and visits to iconic movie filming locations. Included in the tour are a state-of-the-art electric mountain bike, safety helmet, saddlebag storage pack, and a professional guide.
Participants must be at least 10 years old. Riders should be between 4'9" and 6'5" in height and weigh between 85 and 250 pounds. Children aged 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
Guests are advised to wear closed-toe shoes and comfortable clothing suitable for outdoor activities. Since the tour operates rain or shine, bringing a rain jacket or poncho is recommended. It's also advisable to bring sunscreen, sunglasses, and a camera to capture the stunning scenery.
Yes, the Ultra E-Bike Tour is designed for experienced riders. Participants must demonstrate proficiency in bike handling, including braking, climbing, descending, cornering, and steering. A safety assessment and short practice ride are conducted before the tour to ensure rider competency.
Yes. The tour is not recommended for pregnant individuals or guests with back or neck problems due to the challenging nature of the ride. All participants should be in good health and possess a high level of physical fitness to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
