Oysters, Flowers, and Cacao
At the heart of Moliʻi is our Loko Iʻa, a traditional Hawaiian fishpond that continues to feed both land and sea. Here, we grow oysters in floating cages, leveraging ancient systems in harmony with contemporary practices. Moliʻi is also one of our most productive cacao-growing sites, thanks to its fertile soils and natural windbreaks. These trees contribute to our expanding vision for local, value-added products like artisan chocolate and cocoa-based goods.
